Thomas Plummer ? Fitness Business Consultant ? What This Interview Is About

We all know those big box gyms out there that undercharge, or try to have the lowest price so they can undercut the competition. They are completely membership based, and work off of getting as many people to join as possible.

Well, those gyms are going to be in trouble with that business model, if they aren?t already.

Think about it this way, you have thousands of square feet that you owe rent on, utilities, insurance, and a whole bunch of other things. That?s a lot of overhead!

If a big box gym opens across the street from another one and charges less for memberships, what is that other facility going to do?

In this interview with Thomas Plummer (who?s one hell of a fitness business consultant), we actually go over a model that a lot of larger gyms and clubs need to be following so that they don?t end up like the lowest cost gym and then run into trouble.

On the site here there are a bunch of interviews that cover what to do in smaller gyms and facilities. But not as many when it comes to big facilities.

That?s why I wanted have Thom come on and talk about what?s working, what?s changed, and what has happened to the industry because of all the low cost clubs out there.

I had a good idea of what was going on, but when Thom mentioned how many more businesses are getting into the model focusing on the lowest cost and volume, I realized there is quite a bit more taking place then I thought.

It?s causing some pretty interesting things, some negative, but Thom was happy to talk about how this is already having a positive impact on the fitness industry. And that?s a cool thing.

What?s really cool is that Thom goes through and shares a bunch of tips and business tactics that he uses with his consulting clients. These are the big levers that put his clients in the right position for success.

And a bunch of these consulting are running 7 figure gyms.

So it?s a pretty sure bet that what Thom says, works. So make sure you check this one out, because it?s good, and you will be able to pull some great usable info away from this one.

How do I know? Because Thom is one of the top fitness business consultants out there, and the clients that work with him, are absolutely crushing it!
